Welcome
Allandale is the historic village within the heart of the city of Barrie Ontario. In the 1850s, it became a proud railway hub as the train came north from Toronto. Today, this historic gem is changing quickly as old houses are restored and new development increases. The largest plans are the Allandale Station site and the Events Centre.
This site is intended to serve the Allandale community by fostering awareness and encouraging discussion of all issues relevant to Allandale. By sharing information and opinions, the community plays a vital role in directing the redevelopment of our neighbourhood. All reasonable views are welcome.
